In April, recruitment was the name of the game in ‘The State of Innovation’, the regular exchange between leaders of German digital-innovation units organised by the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub.

Here’s the main insight: besides professional qualifications, team fit is what really matters. As do different perspectives: innovation does not come about without friction.
